Client Satisfaction
In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we will gladly offer you a redo appointment. Redo appointments are offered at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment.
Return / Exchange
We proudly sell Living Proof and Eufora products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, promptly return products for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Cancellation / No-show
Please give at least a 24 hour notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If there are three or more same day cancellations or missed appointments, you will be asked to secure further appointments with a credit card.
Please be advised that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled.
